- Before we start working on your project, we'll need a 50% deposit from you.
- You'll need to pay the remaining balance before we deliver your finished project to you.
- If you decide to cancel your project after we've already started, unfortunately, we can't refund your deposit.
- If your project requires more work than we originally agreed upon, we may need to charge extra fees.
- The designs and code we create for your project belong to us and can't be used without our permission.
- You're responsible for making sure you have the legal right to use any content or design elements you provide us with.
- We'll do our best to help improve your website's search engine ranking, but we can't guarantee specific results.
- To perform SEO work on your website, we may need access to your website, hosting account, and other accounts.
- Your website will be designed to work well on modern web browsers and devices.
- You're responsible for making sure your website complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
- You'll need to provide us with all the content, images, and design elements necessary to complete your project. If you want us to get these things for you, we can do that for an extra charge.
- If you terminate the project before completion, you'll still be liable for any fees or expenses we've incurred up to that point.
- If there are any disputes between us, we'll try to resolve them through arbitration in Bangladesh.
- The laws of Bangladesh govern these terms and conditions.
